This is a translation. The Turkish terms are the ones that apply.

  1. The service

    24/7 Cloud keeps your Minecraft account AFK on our servers while you're offline. An account is on one server at a time.

  2. Username accounts only

    Accounts connect with a username, without a Microsoft sign-in. They can't join premium servers (those that require a Microsoft sign-in).

  3. Other servers' rules

    Many servers ban bots and AFK tools. Following the rules of the server you join is your responsibility. If you're banned there or your account there is closed, there's no refund.

  4. Shared IP

    All cloud accounts connect from the same IP address. A server may block it. If you can't join that server, there's no refund; you can change servers (at most 6 times an hour).

  5. Blocked servers

    Some servers can't be joined at all. The list is shown before you buy and may change. If a server is blocked later, your account stops and you choose another server. List of blocked servers

  6. Forbidden use

    Spam, advertising, harassment, trying to overload or attack a server, cheating, entering someone else's account without permission, reselling the service. For these, the account is stopped without warning and there's no refund.

  7. Time and price

    • A month is 30 days and a year is 365 days. Prices are on the purchase page.
    • A price change doesn't affect time you've already paid for.
    • You can renew from 7 days before the end; the time added starts at the current end.
    • When the time is up, your account stops and your settings are kept for 30 days.

  8. Payment

    You pay with mc.projects.gg credit. When you buy, the credit is taken and you get a receipt with an order number.

  9. Refunds

    Within 24 hours of buying, and if the account has never joined a server, you get a full refund in credit. After that there are no refunds. Staff decide on exceptions.

  10. Maintenance and outages

    We add the time lost to planned maintenance and to outages on our side to your account.

  11. Limited places

    Places are limited; when they're full, new sales stop. Renewals aren't affected.

  12. Changes and contact

    We may update these terms; we announce important changes on the site. Questions and complaints: hazar@projects.gg
